Does the lease include the entire building and outside gazebo?
Yes, your special occasion will be the only event.
When can I schedule a wedding rehearsal?
Rehearsals will be scheduled around other person's leases.
Does the lease include valet parking?
No, you will have to provide that service.
Is there smoking outside the building?
Yes, we provide smoking trays. They are located approximately 50 feet away from the building.
Can alcohol be allowed at my event?
Yes, but individuals must have a liquor license to sell. We anticipate acquiring a liquor license. For safety, we will require security personnel.
What is the capacity for Ribbons 'n' Rainbows?
Inside capacity is 220 seated at tables. However, if you remove some tables, the center will hold many more persons.
How many people will the deck-patio hold?
The deck can hold 150 people around tables. Again, the fewer the tables, the more people the deck can accommodate. The sheltered patio's capacity is 75 persons at tables. Also remember there are lawn areas.
When can I start decorating?
Within the timeframe of your lease agreement.
Who is responsible for clean up?
We ask that you remove what you bring into the center.
What is the latest time I can lease the center?
This is negotiable.
